On December 26th 2017 the crew set off for Cambutal Panama, a remote and magical town on the Pacific coast where our graphic designer Dave owns property and highly recommended. The plan was to fish, surf, dive, feast, and chill at Hotel Playa Cambutal celebrating our friend Mike's 50th birthday. We came away with a trip of a lifetime, and some new amazing friends!!

Having had the whole fried snapper a few nights before, we knew this Cero Mackerel would be amazing the same way. We kept the skin on and steaked it for simplicity. The homemade hot sauce and croquettes put it over the top!
